took weeks to ship. I contacted the seller and he apologized and immediately refunded $15. I thought it was reasonable. Replaces a very old standard leather office chair. Wow what a difference. The chair consists of only a few parts. You can pick it up in half an hour. Extra each screw included. THANKS! Lumbar support is good. I have never owned a mesh back chair. I'm a fan now! The seat is comfortable for long periods of sitting. But like any chair, after a while it's time to get up and stretch. I used to be very uncomfortable in my old chair and didn't want to work on my art for as long as I would like, but this chair is much more comfortable. Sometimes when I get up off the couch to work in this chair, I sit on it and say "ah!". In earnest. The headrest is ONLY adjustable up and down, it cannot be tilted. I'm just over 6ft and would like more height adjustment and some tilt. It was many days before I finally decided to spend $200 on a chair I had never sat on. I'm glad this purchase worked out. Sometimes it makes sense to spend a few bucks more for a quality purchase if you're going to be using it over and over again for months and years to come.
