Great replacement for my cast iron grid!
After 2 years of trying to get my cast iron griddle properly seasoned, I finally gave up and purchased this. What an improvement! Light weight, heats up faster, responds if need to change in heat quicker, and is incredibly easy to clean. Only thing that is not as good is heat distribution, but is not a significant problem and minor compared to all the benefits.
