Functionally, I can confirm that this is a portable, rechargeable (18650) battery powered fan. Has three speeds. Haven't really "used" it yet (I bought it right after a long power outage in my house when it was HOT). I can't figure out why it has that crazy little oval mirror in the base which is useless as a personal mirror. Decoration? Why waste resources? The base only allows one posing angle, so why not two angles (ie high, low)? Why does it have a "feature" (not my choice) of "longevity"? I just received it, how should I know? To my credit it works (so far), but since the base isn't available it's less useful. decent price. I like that it uses removable 18650 Li-ion batteries.
