Review on Needles by Jorge Maertz

I like that it can be used by both small firms and larger firms, as well as solo practitioners. It's easy to navigate through all of their options and features. The customer service could use some work. Their rep does not seem knowledgeable about certain areas or products. I would recommend this software because of its ease of use and how much time we were able to save using these types of softwares. We are able to scan in documents via email attachments at times instead of having them physically brought into our office.
