Pigeon tow and O-legs
The "orthopedic" bump in the middle goes too far into the heel, forcing the weight outward. This flexes the legs and turns the toes inward. With problems with the back and legs, this is insidious. Maybe it will get better with time but for now it's probably the worst shoe I've ever worn.
