I'm a big fan of medical stuff so I wanted a necklace to show it off. I've been wearing it all the time since I bought it and apart from some skin irritation my neck has gotten used to it. My only complaint is that the clip is unreasonably difficult to attach, maybe it's because I have big fingers or big hands or something, but it's really hard to pull the lever to attach it. Otherwise it is a beautiful necklace and I love wearing it.
