Review on ZULU Atlas Glass Water Bottle Review: 20 oz Teal Bottle with Silicone Sleeve by Jeff Labore

I love this water bottle! I ordered this because I was tired of the plastic taste in my old bottled water and this seemed to be the best value. The lid opens and you drink from the rim of the glass bottle. The top has a mechanism to prevent it from falling off and hitting you in the face while drinking. It's easier to keep clean than with a beak or straw, although the neck is quite narrow you'll need a bottle brush to clean the bottom. The lid closes securely and has a switch that blocks the opening button. I suppose this would be useful if you're carrying a bottle in your backpack and don't want something to open it unexpectedly. It also has a handy carrying strap that allows you to attach the bottle to anything. While it's not technically insulated, I find the thick glass walls do a good job of keeping the water cold. I left the bottle in the hot car while shopping for over an hour and the water inside is still cool even though the bottle looks hot from the outside. stuck on something and broke. I contacted Zulu directly through their website to see if I could purchase a replacement case (as I figured it wasn't actually a case fault) and they actually sent me a whole replacement bottle straight away for free! +++ for customer service. I can't imagine a sleeve tear being a recurring problem for anyone (and my bottle was still usable, only the tear irritated my sense of order). I've also dropped the bottle on tile, pavement etc a few times with no chips or cracks so the silicone definitely does the job.
