Disappointing Edge Performance

This knife is not worth the money.As A result of my tests I determined that it doesn't hold its edge very well. I expected much better from a product in the cutlery & knife accessories category in Home and Kitchen. The handle is comfortable to grip, but that is not enough to make up for the subpar blade. Save your money and invest in a different knife..
