The ability to add new fields with ease is great. It's also easy to change field orderings as well. Some fields are difficult to find if they are not in one of the first few ones that come up when you start typing. Make sure you have enough storage space for all the data. I was able to get by with only 2GB but this limit can be increased. This is a very useful feature for any business owner/manager who needs to keep track of their sales activities. I am solving the issue of being able to easily see what stage each prospect is in so that we can follow up more effectively.
