I used the juicer twice and it worked fairly well, but then my son knocked the auger off the counter. It is made of plastic and it cracked. It was my son's fault, so they wouldn't replace it, but I would think it should be more sturdy. They didn't even have parts for this that I could purchase as it is such a new model. They told me to wait a few months and call back. Now I can't get anyone to answer the phone at the manufacturer. I'm so frustrated that I have a $400 juicer, I can't even use. Update: I finally got someone to answer the phone. It has been several months and they still do not have the part to fix my juicer. Do not buy this juicer. If you have any problems with it, they don't have parts fix it.
