It works but I wouldn't buy it again.

I have had and have been using this training hose for about three months now. Pros: It does what a training snorkel is supposed to do when it comes to getting in the pool and being able to swim (for the most part) with your neck and head in the same place. Cons: Totally uncomfortable. I've adjusted the strap and headband and just can't find a sweet spot, at least for me. It causes some pressure and discomfort no matter what. In addition, its length (breathing tube) and shape are insufficient to keep the head streamlined and below the waterline when free swimming. I find myself constantly either opening my mouth to let the water out of my mouthpipe or pausing for a second to let it drain. Or worse, I end up sipping water. Blowing out the breathing tube on the fly isn't possible (at least for me), so there's no need to turn around when using it. Also, for those who might make a mistake, don't buy this thinking you're buying a Finis; it's fake/clone and it's Focevi; it looks the same as the blue finis. Finally, for those of you who have the same problem as me, you might want to take a look at the Finis model's freestyle pipe; This is the training tube I'll try next. The reviews seem to be very positive in terms of shape and lack of water absorption when freestyling. Hooray!
