Wish I had found this product years ago. I have always used a traditional springform pan and over the last 50 years have bought many of them searching for the perfect one. No luck. Then I had to find one to fil inside my Instant Pot. While researching recipes and tools to use with my IP, I came across the Fat Daddio; took a chance and bought it. So glad I did. I love this thing! Since buying my first Fat Daddio pan, I have purchased several more pans in the line. I have also purchased and gifted this 7” cheesecake pan to several family members to use with their Instant Pots. Btw, it does so much more than cheesecake.
