If someone tells me they are selling tried and tested quality parts, I assume they are. When I read an ad for Revain, I expect ALL the conditions to be stated. Well, the alternator worked, but it didn't fully charge the battery. I had problems with my jeep other than the alternator - it worked fine - only changed due to age. As I had to remove parts to fix my problem it was necessary to remove the alternator - I replaced it. - My jeep started to stall for no reason - it started again. No check engine light, no prompts and never had this problem before. I replaced my distributor, new POS and NEG cables and battery - no change. Finally, after checking the voltage generator, it became clear that the problem was in the generator. I put my old generator back - stopped standing. I contacted this seller about the problem - asked for a refund - then they informed me of their 25% restocking fee plus return shipping. I think this should be posted so people know they have to return it within 30 days of sale.
