Lack of OS support - disappointed. Attention Linux users.

The small size led me to believe this was the USB 3 solution for me. Isn't it, grasshopper. Installed in a Dell Optiplex 990 uSFF with Mint 20 and the latest kernel. The card is recognized in the BIOS (A24) but not recognized even after updates in Mint. Tried a replacement hard drive with the latest version and Win10 Pro Build. The card is not recognized. Yes, it's securely connected; The power cord is connected and the header is in place. waste of my money; We go to the cart with spare parts. Your mileage may vary.
