This is the third pair of shoes purchased from this seller. You had a defect in your left instep. I had a nightmare trying to get a refund. I returned the shoes to Walmart on November 22nd. They were received by the seller on November 25th. To date, $107 has not been refunded. And I've bought another pair in the meantime which are fine. Customer service doesn't exist. It was a nightmare.
