May work well for other cars but not so good for Jaguar X-Type Found an accelerator pedal position fault code. (He bought a Maxicom MK-808BT and found the X type was on the list. Besides the gas pedal switch he also found 3 other codes.) ML629 returned. What I didn't like about the 629 was the fact that every time you update or check for updates, I have to remove the 8GB SD card and put it in the card reader. Also, the Maxicom software was in the winzip file, so I had to force winzip to extract the files to a different folder and then install them onto the SD card. I didn't use Winzip as I had a floppy drive and an 80GB hard drive. At least there was a free trial. It was used to save space on small hard drives! Contact Autel to use this on your vehicle. They have very good customer service. That's why I went with them this time. I had an old Actron that I couldn't find out anything about from Actron Customer Service. I get to know customer service before I buy anything. Talking robots and long holding don't work for me anymore.
