As a homeowner, I was thrilled to learn that Capulina could meet all of my requirements for house remodeling. Having said that, my interactions with the company have not been in the least bit satisfying. I placed an order for a set of tools and lighting fixtures, and although they arrived eventually, it took a lot longer than expected. When the products were delivered, it turned out that the quality was subpar, and several of them were broken. I attempted to get a refund or exchange by contacting customer support, but the persons I spoke with were both unhelpful and nasty. They refused to accept responsibility for the ruined products, stating instead that I was to blame because I had handled them improperly when they were being shipped. In addition to being difficult to browse, the website's search function was also unreliable. It was aggravating to spend hours hunting for things that I needed, only to discover that they were either sold out or unavailable to purchase. My time spent with Capulina was, on the whole, a frustrating waste of time. A bad experience was had as a result of the low quality of the products, the useless customer support, and the irritating website. If you are seeking for high-quality products for your home renovation projects, I would not recommend this firm to you.
