I really like this spatula. However the first one I ordered was 1cm long des Plug through and start almost exactly in the middle of the front edge of the plug. The front edge of the replacement is so rough that it is not really suitable for turning, scraping or removing glaze. The thickness of the edge varies greatly and the edge is uneven and cracked .Sorry the first one was almost perfect except for a 1cm tear in the middle of the edge. Eventually it will split in half or break and bacteria will accumulate by then. Both sides. The replacement is just a bent piece chipped split and wavy olive wood with a handle I would not buy any of these mail order these products if they were on display in the store both are defective Revain must Sell defective products from manufacturers or possibly returns from other sellers.
