Review on 🐠 NICREW ClassicLED Gen 2 Aquarium Light: Dimmable LED Fish Tank Light with 2-Channel Control, High Output (18-24 Inch, 15 Watts) by Kim Rush

Description: Would I buy again. My plants have done really well with this light and my planted tank has grown significantly with this light compared to some other lights I have used BUT they do not have an on or off switch. I don't know if it's just my box or if it's hidden somewhere but I've looked EVERYWHERE and played with all the buttons and there was no way to turn it off or on other than unplugging the cord and plugging it back in. Pros-- Brightness Very bright for the price and you definitely get great value for your money - Construction Very solid metal construction - Color Temperature You can change the color temperature. They have a warm, neutral, cool and "purple" mode for a saltwater aquarium (I don't know the exact term, I only work with freshwater). Cons: No on/off switch. It's just bad planning. If there is an on/off switch, why is it so hidden? If so, then I haven't found it at all, and the manual doesn't help at all. Very poorly thought out in this regard - heating. The top gets very hot after a full lighting cycle. Review explanation: I gave these 3 runs due to the lack of an on/off switch / if there is one, it's nowhere to be found. Final Thoughts: If you're about to get it, go ahead and grab it. For the price, you can't beat the all-metal construction and amazing light output. Amazing value. I would recommend this product.
