Update: The seller contacted me after posting a review. They seemed very concerned and offered to fix the problem by updating their website and compensating me for the lost time. So far the key has worked perfectly and there have been no complaints about the product. I originally gave it 3 stars because it was so difficult to understand but with the solution this product AND the seller deserve 5/5. I will recommend Warmstor in my future purchases and will be sure to support this company because they genuinely care about their customers. Link to manual in Chinese. The driver does not work on my Windows 10 operating system. I have spent several hours trying to figure out how to connect my DS4 to a PC. Solution: Do not use the diskette or link for the driver. Uninstall the CSR Harmony 4.0 driver and disable the dongle. Restart your computer. Plug in the dongle and let Windows detect and install its own drivers. That's all.
