Wish they fit a little better

Overall this is a great deal, not sure if I got a bad set or what but the backflow protectors fall off the flange constantly. It’s as if the piece that you stick into the flange is too small so it just easily falls out. It’s a pain in the *** & I get annoyed each time one falls off and falls onto the floor as I’m walking to the kitchen with my milk. It’s happened while I’m pumping as well which is annoying too. I just wish they fit in better, if it wasn’t for that they’d be perfect.
