Definitely holds more food than I thought it would, but it's the perfect size for a portable meal! They sealed against my Korean bento line even though they felt fragile, but don't worry about that as they will definitely hold up. The sleeve added strength and made labeling dishes easier, but I recommend making a sleeve and then putting it on as it will tear. Also, don't apply anything to the outside if you want cleanliness as you won't be able to wipe the residue at all.
