The headset seems to be of good quality and the sound quality is much better than my previous headset (borrowed from my teacher). They even fit my glasses and keep engine noise to a minimum. The headset does a good job of noise-cancelling the microphone, blocking out background noise when I'm speaking. I am very grateful that they have included the complete construction and wiring diagrams to allow homes to be modified and renovated - which is becoming very rare. My only complaint is that even on a moderately hot day, the plastic ear cups make my ears sweat. They sell a cloth insert that you can use to help with this, but when I received it the instructions said it also affects noise cancellation and frequent use can damage your hearing. I think you can't have everything.
