I bought this item to take to work on the way in case I need a presentation adapter. Upon opening the package, the product fell apart - a plastic sheet holding the insides fell out. Since I needed this item I tried to snap the plastic piece in place and attach the adapter. Unfortunately it didn't work. Luckily a member of staff had an adapter that I could borrow. My poor planning of buying an item and not using it soon enough; Now I can no longer return the item. It was never used as it fell apart. I consider this poor workmanship and want the company to support the product.
