Yes, the straps are each 10' long vs. many of the other similar products that offer a 5' strap. BUT, you'll probably end up throwing the strap over the tree and clipping the carabiner around the two metal ends, so it will actually be a 5' strap when it's all hooked up. Many of the other straps use a pull through or lark's head knot design. This does not, and you actually can't thread one end through the other since the metal loops are the same size and won't fit through. This is a nice product and there really is nothing wrong with it, just be clear on how much length you really need.
