Review on 🛏 Hotel Sheets Direct Cooling Pillowcase Set – 2 Queen/Standard Bamboo Derived Covers – 20 x 30 Inch – White by Erin Wright

SO GLAD I discovered Hotel Sheets Direct Bamboo Sheets and Pillowcases! I only wish I had found her much earlier in my life. They are high quality, they are one of the cheapest 100% bamboo bedding and they really keep you cool! One night I tested my new shredded memory foam pillow and slept on it without the bamboo HSD pillowcase—just the knitted bamboo blend cover that came with it. And yes, I woke up in the middle of the night and my head and neck were too hot! I have never had such a problem with any of these bamboo pillowcases. The fabric has a lovely sheen and softness, feels a little silky smooth before washing, then after washing it softens and a little less silky, looks less satin but still has a slight sheen. I first tried out a set of sheets in their beautiful burgundy (that's the right burgundy color - deep and rich and slightly cool with hints of plum) and had a small issue with the sheets after washing as instructed; The HSD customer service rep who answered my email asked a few questions and then sent me a new top and bottom sheet which arrived quickly. I haven't had any issues with it, so apparently it was just a manufacturing accident or my washer and/or dryer. I loved how they felt and loved even more how they helped me stay cool at night during this hot summer. So I bought another set of burgundy pillowcases and then a few more gray and charcoal sheet sets and more matching pillowcases. Now I also have her duvet cover in gray which I bought to cover my new silk filled comforter - it's a beautiful pale silver color and goes with everything. I'll probably get a set of sheets in the sand soon. And I sent leaves to three friends as gifts! I like the extra pillowcases because I have a sensitive face so change them more often than my sheets and because I use two pillows, one to sleep on my back and the other. thicker when I turn on my side so it's great that they're so affordable for a pair. I also use a couple of king size pillowcases as body pillowcases, one at each end and overlapping in the middle. (Hopefully HSD will be offering their 20" x 54" pillowcases soon!) Also made from bamboo because it wicks moisture and oils, keeping you cool and sweat-free and preventing skin from drying out. Instead of absorbing them like cotton, pillowcases leave oil stains after a night or two, just like silk fabrics. I don't mind it much and all the benefits of bamboo more than make up for it. If that bothers you a lot, black or white probably won't show you much, if at all. An advantage of these bamboo pillowcases over silk pillowcases is that they are not as slippery, so your head is less likely to slip off your pillow at night and your pillow is less likely to slip off your bed. And they're still way better for your hair and skin than cotton because cotton wicks moisture from them and dries them out. Anyway, they're fantastic and you should buy them now - seriously, they keep selling!
