I like how easy it is to use their system. It's very user friendly, so anyone can figure things out quickly without having to spend hours learning the ins and outs of the program. There are not many options when it comes to selecting plans and providers. If you want more choices in your plan selection there isn't much else that they offer. You have to go through all of the different insurance companies to find what works best with your budget and needs. The main reason why we chose them was because it was quick and convenient. We were able to pick up our information online and set everything up within minutes!
