Short, sweet and to the point. I am very happy with this purchase. The spin, the distance between the balls and the grips, the heat, it all suits me. I'm 5ft 8in, 165# tall. I can move the device up and down my neck and middle of my back. The stretch is perfect. Before using it, I took a close look and tried to find any production errors. To be honest I saw it on sale and bought it on a whim. After ordering I first asked myself why I made the purchase and was really looking for an excuse for the return All this said, used now, I took it to the office where it will stay. The engine is much quieter than I expected, so I don't disturb the person in the cube next to me, they can't listen. About me, I was in an accident in 2009 and suffered spinal injuries. 2021 the discs above and below the fusion cause nerve pain and migraines. I went to PT. I paid $80 an hour for a massage therapist, the migraines wouldn't go away. It remains to be seen if the device will hold up, but FWIW, for now, I'm thankful I'm not giving away $$ every week. I work the knots and massage the nerves in my neck and upper back. Probably the best <$30 I've ever spent? For now I say yes! Incidentally, unlike the other reviewer, the balls on this device are bi-directional.
