I have a different brand of grinder with an adjustable grind so I know what to expect when replacing it. I order this just for the convenience of salt and pepper in the same container. BUT: on the one I bought, the knobs on either end that are supposed to control the roughness don't have a stop on either side, it just keeps turning until it breaks off. So there is no way to achieve different degrees of roughness. For what it's worth it's just unacceptable to me, it's coming back. After reading the feedback on the support reply I didn't even try to contact them.
