Blank foam with a clear connecting line
They are of rather poor quality. It appears to be just bare styrofoam with no coating. You can see the shape of the foam cells. There is also a distinct connecting line down the middle. They are not intended for any type of craft or exhibition where they can be seen up close. Maybe they were working on something that couldn't be looked at closely.
