I love this thing. I've had three - none of them broke but stayed on during transfers and whatnot. I have several different Shiatsu massagers and my muscle spasms are so bad I used them until I literally got friction blisters on my back =( (don't try this at home it's really horrible). So that's what I'm sticking to now is the thing first the heat gets pretty intense instead of shutting off or softening up love it and want and need intense heat there are no options other than heat and massage and vibration no low high or anything else but i need it it doesn't it seconds yes it's very stiff and not at all soft and comfortable It works for me because I need lumbar support on my home office chair I also have a back cushion, that's it. It's comfortable and supportive and I can wear the thing all day, thirdly it's very cheap, this little device helps to make my terribly stiff spine as flexible as possible.i want to buy it :)
