The professionalism with which this organization is run! I have been dealing with them for over 15 years now as they were my previous employer's legal counsel before moving out west - KMK has always done an amazing job at providing timely responses while keeping me abreast of pertinent changes within any given case or issue I am facing/working through. This team really knows what it takes to handle complex tax issues / problems. There can sometimes be some lag time between receiving client inquiries regarding potential areas needing attention; however, when there is someone available who does follow up promptly, all parties involved feel more confident about getting things resolved quickly and effectively without having to worry about being left hanging indefinitely. Very good people working hard every day to keep your best interests foremost in mind. They provide excellent service throughout many levels of support staff members including account managers, paralegals and even administrative assistants who work directly alongside you during consultations and negotiations. We've used them since 2002 so far but I don't see why anyone would hesitate using these guys if needed!! Tax resolution services related specifically to international transactions. My experience here was primarily focused around US offshore withholding taxes. But not only did the professionals do everything possible to help resolve those matters KMK has a good team with a lot of experience. The people are very good and they are very professional. The firm always provides top quality work. The firm is very good in doing corporate legal work. I have nothing to complain about. The firm is very good to work with. KMK has been helping me in several legal matters including employment law, corporate law, and intellectual property. I am very satisfied with the firm's service and I will continue to work with them in the future.
