I really like how my client can communicate with me easily, it's also easy to track everything that is going through, which saves time in managing projects. Although there are many templates for us to choose from, sometimes we need some customisation depending on our needs. There could be more options of templates available so that they fit all types of companies' sizes. A lot of things have improved since I started using their product, most importantly how fast I get replies back when having issues! We've been able to create great work within very short timescales (sometimes as little as 48 hours).
