Update --- It's only been a few weeks since I bought it and after less than a dozen uses it stopped working. The light is on, heating is on, but the pump seems to be out of order. And that, although I only use filtered water in it and use it sparingly. It took me a while to review this to give it a good shot. All is well. Pros: It's light and easy to fill. It heats up and produces vapor very quickly, plus it has an on/off switch so you can turn it off quickly. Cons: Cleaning head and pad are a bit small. It lifts off the ground when you pull it back so it only really evaporates when you push it forward, meaning it takes longer to clean. The head rotates, which is nice, but when you rotate it the vertical part gets stuck and you have to hit to straighten your head again. Because the pad is small, it gets dirty quickly and needs to be replaced frequently. It's fine for small spaces, but I've had a large Bissell that worked much better than this one.
