Bought this steamer for the manual function. After that, I was able to clean my counters very easily with a little water. Easy to assemble, easy to store, easy to use. I am happy about the purchase.

I received this steam cleaner today and I love it! My main goal was to reduce the use of cleaning chemicals, but I was amazed at how well the grout tool removed light grout that could only be removed with bleach and serious scrubbing with a grout brush. Almost effortlessly, this steamer blew out the dirt completely. Photos and videos do not convey the result. Very satisfied, especially for the price.

Overall a good product, lots of attachments, easy to use as a hand vacuum or to clean the floor. The small nozzle cleaned the grout well, but the plastic nozzle was abraded by pushing it along the grout. Beware. The real reason for the low recall is that the floor wiper does not make full contact with the floor surface. Velcro areas touch the floor and get very dirty, but 80% of mop heads don't touch the floor enough to really get clean.

I give this steam mop 5/5 stars for a number of reasons. First, it was very easy to assemble and use. It has so many uses from cleaning the kitchen floor, oven, shower to steaming shirts and it works great for them. It glides wonderfully over the carpet with a carpet glider. It made my hardwood floor look so shiny! I love it. Mopping floors is no longer a terrible task. **and added that they informed me that additional floor steamer clothing should be available in November!

I love this steam cleaner, I use it at least twice a week, it works great and leaves the floors perfectly clean. My only complaint is that the mop pad it comes with doesn't remain a bad design but I was able to find a hooded mop pad at Revain, it fits perfectly, comes in two packs and is well priced which washes the washing machine and you can use it. Update --- It's only been a few weeks since I bought it and after less than a dozen uses it stopped working. The light is on, heating is on, but the pump seems to be out of order. And that, although I only use filtered water in it and use it sparingly. It took me a while to review this to give it a good shot. All is well. Pros: It's light and easy to fill. The mop is very versatile and functional. The mop head pivots and is large enough to clean a room in a short amount of time and small enough to fit in tight spaces. The water seems to last about 15 minutes, which is enough for a medium sized room. The cord was long enough to go through any room.
