I like that it allows me to keep track of my forum posts, so when someone comes back after all these years they don't have an opportunity to leave negative feedback without being remembered or seeing their post again! There is nothing in particular i dislike about this program - however there are many features missing from our platform. For example, we would love if you could upload files directly into your account instead of having them uploaded by another user through FTP (which isn’t always reliable). We also wish you had more control over how much data you can store for each member/user within your organization. As with most companies now-a-days, forums aren't as important anymore but still provide some value to customers who may not be able to contact us otherwise.
