These large pouch style tubes of paint come in a beautiful box for gift giving or for keeping. The thoughtful color scheme includes two tubes of white, black mars, two phthalos (I'm a fan of both), three different shades of yellow, two shades of red, ultramarine, burnt sienna, burnt umber, and for the artisans, silver. You should be able to mix almost any color with these bases. Neither a heavy body nor a liquid, they are comparable in consistency to most standard brands of whistles. Tubular bags are easy to open, reseal and store. The tube size is practical. You'll use them up before they go bad, but not so much that you run out of paint mid-painting (unless you're painting a mural or something, but I'm sure you know that. It's like the most standard tubes of well-known brands.) This makes a great gift set for those starting out using acrylic paints as well as artists looking to refill their paint supplies.
