I am very disappointed that a reputable brand like Anker produces such poor quality junk. I've had this thing for about 2 months now and here are the issues I've encountered so far: - Sometimes it cuts the power and/or video connection for a moment for no reason - Sometimes it stops fully powering your laptop no reason until you unplug it and plug it back in - sometimes (fairly often) there is no video out to a connected HDMI display - the computer detects that a display is connected, but no video signal comes out. through.- Sometimes the above problem is even worse when my computers don't even recognize the display connected to this thing. But as soon as I switch it to my other hub, it works straight away. So I know it's the device itself. In fact, all of the above issues occurred on both my Macbook M1 Air and my Razer (Windows) gaming laptop, which pretty much confirms that it's the device itself. defective device, but after reading some other reviews and seeing several other people with similar problems, in this case I lost faith in their development. If I wasn't outside the return window it would be sent back but unfortunately this one is going in the trash.
