This printer was shipped in parts. Absolutely nothing was collected. Customer service is terrible. Requested a refund after 2 months of trying to assemble it. I was told the return period is 14 days. Cheap screws that broke off after one try. Parts are missing including the buckles connecting the Y-axis drive belt and the two X-axis printhead positioner belt buckles Exceptionally poor product quality and no warranty. The included instructions are ONE PAGE! A disastrous waste of time and money.
