Review on Dent-O-Soft by Eric Ross

I like that it is easy for me to use this software because of its user friendly interface. It has an amazing customer service department which helps if there are any issues or questions. Sometimes when updating information within dentsoft takes some time after clicking update but eventually everything works out! The biggest issue we have had so far is not having access to our files from home via computer/mobile devices. If they would fix that problem then it will be perfect!! There isn't anything i dislike about dental soft other than lack of access at times while away from office being able to view my file remotely. We love how simple using Dental Soft makes scheduling visits easier by making them more organized. This also allows us to track payment status much quicker which was very beneficial during COVID 19 pandemic due to social distancing rules implemented across country.
