Review on Keyless2GoKeyless Remote Replacement Vehicles CWTWB1U545 by Scott Schram

An affordable replacement option for those who want to do something extra.

I bought these because the fob on my original key died after 10 years of daily use and the casing around the fob had a crack. After receiving the key with the new key fob, I took it to a local locksmith who has a laser key cutter. The key was cut and tested within minutes. It was the perfect match. Back home I transferred the immobilizer chip from the original key to this new key. I found a video on You Tube explaining how to program the fob and after a few minutes the fob was programmed and I could use it to lock and unlock the doors. The car started fine. The cost of the key plus $20 for a locksmith to cut is a huge savings over what the dealer charges for the key. I spent a total of $35.99. Please note that if the immobilizer chip is not transferred from the original key to the spare key, the chip must be programmed into the spare key.
