I used a water bottle that I froze.

I used a water bottle that I had frozen in the freezer and after a while it started to leak. But with this caster, I can treat my foot and not worry about water leaking everywhere. I've used it hundreds of times with no problems or issues. It is well made and I expect many years of use.

Pros

SURFACE: The special stainless steel surface of the Polar foot roller keeps this massage roller very cool and thus helps with swelling and inflammation.
