Purchased for 2014 Toyota Tacoma DC. Fits perfectly. The screw slots for the speaker were a little different than the Focal ISS 690 I installed, but that's okay. The bottom left hole is round and you should start from there, then the top left, then the right. In this case, all the holes lined up nicely with the door frame. Otherwise I was there looking around to see if I matched the holes. It's just a piece of plastic that turns from 6x9 mounting holes into a door frame. I put foam tape around the back and around the speaker mount to protect the plastic of the other parts from vibration a bit, similar to the OEM mounts. I was very satisfied with the details and the quality. parts. It's a lot better than having someone else install old speakers, remove them, or make a plywood mount. I really didn't have to do anything with the other hardware here, other than screwing in the speaker and putting an end to it.
