I used this pump on a recent 10 day bike ride to fill my Exped SYNMAT Medium pad daily with no accessories. One charge was more than enough for the trip (not sure how many, but there was charge left in the pump). I don't like it when my sleeping pad is full; it gets too jerky for me. I fill it with enough air to keep it on the ground and give it some padding. But if you like your "peppy" (full to the max) you need to stop working your lungs (2-3 breaths) as you may find it difficult with that pump and your mat (and/or even if If you do this, the pump is not strong enough to push it to the maximum). I just wanted it to also work as a night light for use in the tent.
