I've been using the same headphones for over a year. I've since bought a second one for special work and backups. It fits both my Motorola XTS2500 and my EF Johnson (Kenwood) Viking VP 900. Note: The fit was very tight on the VP 900, but the connector is clearly the same and all audio in and out work, just that it much tighter . as Motorola. After about 3 months of use, it will be easier to turn on and off. It seems that others at work have issues with their $100 headphones and some of us have these and they just keep chugging along. However, at this price, if you use it "professionally", you should order a different backup setup. At least because of a rubber earcup. My earbud fell out and I lost it. I once had to wear the left earbud in my right ear for a week while waiting for my not so two day, two day main birth and it was painful. Just order a spare now and enjoy, you never know when you'll be pulling a wire, fighting in free fight or getting caught in bushes.
