Customer Service at Jadeshay has left me feeling let down.

My most recent encounter with Jadeshay's online business left me feeling let down and frustrated. I was disappointed to find that the power instrument I had purchased was flawed. The representative at customer service was ineffective and insensitive when I attempted to return the item. They did not appear to have adequate knowledge of the product or the policies of the business. I was left with an impression of frustration and was discouraged from making future purchases from Jadeshay as a result. When I make a purchase, as a customer, I anticipate better service and support, particularly when it comes to expensive items like power tools. In this respect, I was disappointed because Jadeshay did not live up to my expectations.
