Suitable for our purposes. It runs small on my almost 11 year old daughter, but it's thin so she won't go up a size. They have been worn by several girls, others found the length appropriate for plus sizes. In general, the waist in all girls seemed a bit strange to me. Everyone's waists were high, narrow in some places, and baggy in others (still at the waist). And they were transparent when you leaned over. The label on the back is not at the top and can be seen through the pants. We wanted it to be the same for all girls but I wouldn't buy it again as the quality wasn't great and the size didn't fit. We ordered size 10 in yellow.
