Just got a set of these. One for a gift, one for me. I've been cooking at home for a number of years and am interested in finding and using new tools. This works very well. I got my hands on some Australian winter truffles and this little guy nailed it. I must say that you must be careful when using such a tool, it is very sharp and can hit you if you are not careful. I have to say this is a lovely addition to my ever growing collection of kitchen tools. I would have liked the blade to be a bit sturdier. Mine had a little kickback, but if you get it right it works as intended.
