It took some effort to get it working but overall I gave it 5 stars because of some issues I had. The instructions prompt users to remove the TV from all brackets in order to install them. I'm recovering from knee surgery and have a hard drive problem so I couldn't remove the TV from the wall but installed it with the TV connected. I had to be flexible in my approach and it worked because of the flexibility of the product. I rate it high because they gave me everything I needed including various screws, bolts and washers for every configuration I could think of. I had keyholes behind the soundbar and they even had a keyhole installation guide. So I would try that. I'm sure there are some soundbars/tvs that can cause problems, but I sincerely think there are workarounds to make them work for you.
