Please note: these are not powder coated as the product name would suggest. I knew about it, but I wanted to say it. At first I was a bit skeptical about buying plastic hood armor. However, this made me consider buying similar armor for other parts of my jeep as it is easy to remove, nice and thick and doesn't require riveting in place and destroying body panels like metal armor. They're plastic but they look fantastic and fit fantastic. The 3M tape keeps things secure, but if you want an even more durable look, just drill a hole and put in some rivets.
